Support for Women Who Are Ready to Come Back to Themselves

Therapy for women who have spent so long taking care of everything and everyone that they have lost track of themselves.

If This Sounds Like You

You may be the capable one. The steady one. The one others rely on.

And lately, something feels off. You are not sure when it happened. You just know that the life you are living does not quite feel like yours anymore.

You find yourself asking questions you do not have answers to yet.

Who am I outside of all these roles?

What do I actually want?

Is the future I wanted still possible?

If any of that resonates you are in the right place.

The Work We’ll Do Together

In our work together, we slow things down so we can understand what is really happening beneath the surface.

We explore the patterns that have shaped you in your relationships, in the roles you have taken on, and in the ways you have learned to show up for others.

This is not about fixing you. It is about creating space. Space to think clearly. Space to speak honestly. Space to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been set aside.

Over time, therapy becomes more than reflection. It becomes a place where clarity grows and your voice strengthens. You begin to feel more like yourself again.

From that place, change does not feel forced. It feels aligned. It feels possible.

Meet Lyza

I am Lyza Chin, LICSW. I have spent fifteen years working with women through some of the most demanding and tender seasons of life. Motherhood. Loss. The quiet exhaustion of giving everything to everyone else and forgetting yourself along the way. And the relationships that shift and strain through all of it, with partners, with children, with aging parents, with siblings navigating family decisions together, with anyone you love and find hard to talk to.

I became a therapist because I have always been drawn to understanding people deeply and I know firsthand how much it means to finally feel truly heard. I love the women I work with and I feel genuinely privileged to be trusted with their inner lives.
