Support for Women Who Are Ready to Come Back to Themselves
Therapy for thoughtful women navigating identity shifts, relationship changes, motherhood, midlife reevaluation, and the quiet feeling of losing themselves along the way.
If This Sounds Like You
You may be the capable one. The steady one. The one others rely on.
And lately, you’ve started asking deeper questions.
Who am I now?
What do I want next?
What would it mean to live with more clarity instead of pressure?
You don’t feel lost. You feel ready for something more aligned.
The Work We’ll Do Together
In our work together, we slow things down so we can understand what is really happening beneath the surface.
We explore the patterns that have shaped you in your relationships, in the roles you have taken on, and in the ways you have learned to show up for others.
This is not about fixing you. It is about creating space. Space to think clearly. Space to speak honestly. Space to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been set aside.
Over time, therapy becomes more than reflection. It becomes a place where clarity grows and your voice strengthens. You begin to feel more like yourself again.
From that place, change does not feel forced. It feels aligned. It feels possible.
Ways to Work With Me
Individual Therapy
Thoughtful, depth-oriented therapy for women navigating identity shifts, relationship changes, motherhood, and life transitions. Together, we create space for reflection, clarity, and meaningful growth.
I provide telehealth therapy for women located in Massachusetts and accept insurance.
Coaching
Support for women seeking direction and growth outside of clinical therapy. Coaching focuses on values, decision-making, and moving forward with intention.
Coaching is available nationwide and is offered on a private-pay basis. Coaching does not constitute mental health treatment.
Meet Lyza
I’m Lyza Chin, LICSW. I work with thoughtful women in seasons of change who are ready to regroup and move forward with intention.
I care deeply about creating a space where you can settle in, feel understood, and speak honestly, even about the things that are hard to say out loud. Therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself.
I don’t believe growth requires becoming someone new. Often, it begins with slowing down, feeling seen more clearly, and reconnecting with the parts of you that have always been there.
